1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

3. PRICE OF GOODS

3.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the price for any item of the Goods.
3.3. In case of a change in the price of the ordered Goods, the Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer about the change in the price of the Goods within a few days.

4. PLACEMENT OF ORDER

4.3. The name, quantity, assortment, article, price of the Goods selected by the Buyer are indicated in the Buyer's cart on the website of the Online store.
4.4. If the Seller needs additional information, they have the right to request it from the Buyer. If the Buyer does not provide the necessary information, the Seller is not responsible for the Goods chosen by the Buyer.
4.5. When placing an Order through the Operator, the Buyer undertakes to provide the information specified in clause 4.2. of this Offer.
4.6. The Buyer's acceptance of the terms of this Offer is carried out by the Buyer entering the relevant data in the registration form on the website of the Online store or when placing an Order through the Operator. 4.8. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an Order.
4.9. The remote sale and purchase agreement between the Seller and the Buyer is considered concluded from the moment the Seller issues a cash or sales receipt to the Buyer or other document confirming payment for the Goods.
5. DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF GOODS TO THE BUYER
5.1. The Seller provides the Buyer with services for the delivery of Goods in one of the ways specified on the website of the Online store in the article Delivery conditions.
5.2. If the Contract for the purchase and sale of goods by remote means (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) is concluded with the condition of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer, the Seller is obliged to deliver the Goods to the place specified by the Buyer, and if the place of delivery of the Goods is not specified by the Buyer, then at their place of residence or registration.
5.3. The Buyer specifies the place of delivery of the Goods when placing an Order for the purchase of Goods.

Information on the mandatory confirmation of conformity of the Goods is provided in the manner and by the methods established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on technical regulation, and includes information about the number of the document confirming such compliance, its validity period and the organization that issued it.

ORDER REFUND

Only goods in unopened original packaging are accepted for return, upon receipt of a notification of the desire to return the goods no later than 3 days from the date of receipt.
If the error occurred due to the fault of the store's employees, the full cost of the returned goods and the cost of delivery will be refunded to the buyer's account, or we will exchange the goods by mutual agreement.
In any other case, the cost of the return shipment and the cost of damaged or printed goods falls on the buyer.
10% is also withheld, which is the amount spent on banking transactions. If the items are rare and custom-made, then an additional amount of 30% of the value of the goods is withheld. The total cost can be up to 50%.
If the parcel was delivered to the post office at the address specified when ordering, and the recipient did not come for the parcel in due time, the full cost of returning the parcel to Japan will be deducted from the order amount.
