How to create a PayPal account
1. Go to https://www.paypal.com in a web browser.

To confirm the card, its verification is performed. Only after verification, the card is considered linked and available for use in PayPal.
Card verification is performed according to the following procedure:
• A small amount (up to $2) is withdrawn from the card.

• The debited money is returned to the user's card.

Customs Clearance
When sending orders, we process them properly to minimize the need for the customs clearing process for our customers. However, we cannot completely exclude the possibility of their occurrence in individual cases.
In case of delay of the order, the customer is fully responsible for the duties of the customs department of their country of residence. If the order is returned due to the fault of the customer (non-demand of the parcel, failure to appear at customs, if necessary, etc.), the responsibility for paying fines and the cost of return shipment will be on the customer. If you have any suggestions about how to arrange customs clearance, please let us know when placing an order or immediately after payment.
How to place an order in the online store YulianaGifts:

Once it’s done, the order will be placed and a notification will be sent to the specified email address. Returns and Refund
Please inform us about the return of the order by e-mail zakaz@giftsyuliana.com or through the feedback form.
Please note the following conditions to our returns and exchange policy:
- Items must be returned unused and folded in the original packaging, upon receipt of a notification of the desire to return the items no later than 3 days from the date of receipt.
- If the error occurred due to our fault, the full cost of the returned products and the shipping cost will be refunded to the buyer's account, or we will exchange the items by mutual agreement.
- In any other case, the cost of return shipment and the cost of damaged or printed products falls on the buyer.
- The amount spent on banking transactions of 10% is also withheld. If the items are rare and custom-made, then an additional amount of 30% of the value of the items is withheld. The total cost can be up to 50%.
- If the parcel was delivered to the post office, at the address specified when ordering, and the recipient did not come for the parcel in due time, the full cost of returning the parcel to Japan will be deducted from the order amount.
